Brenda Lee-Kennedy is an associate partner in the Tax Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the North York office.
Brenda specializes in Canadian personal, estate, trust, charity and non-profit taxation. She has been extensively involved with tax planning for high net worth individuals, their corporations, trusts and their beneficiaries. Brenda works with not-for-profit and charity clients, assisting with income tax matters including tax compliance, endowment and gifting strategies, along with other business and operational-related activities. She has assisted with the creation of charitable organizations and with their charitable registration applications.
Brenda graduated from the University of Toronto with a BCom degree, and is a Chartered Accountant. She has completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) In-Depth Tax, Wealth Preservation, and Corporate Reorganization courses. Brenda is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners (STEP), and the Canadian Association of Gift Planners (CAGP). She is an instructor of the CICA’s In-Depth Tax Training course.
