Betty Ann Jarrett is a Tax Services partner in the Mississauga office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Betty Ann has provided corporate tax services to both Canadian and foreign-based multinational corporations for more than 15 years. She advises clients on cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and compliance, and assistance with tax authority audits. She also has extensive experience assisting multinational companies with the preparation of complex tax provisions.

Betty Ann specializes in providing corporate tax consulting services primarily for clients in the consumer packaged goods and retail sectors.

Betty Ann obtained a CA designation (Canadian gold medallist) in 1987 after receiving a MA (Accounting) from the University of Waterloo.

She has lectured on various tax matters to the Tax Executives Institute and on international tax matters to the International Fiscal Association. She has also developed course material for the CICA on various tax matters including reorganizations and cross-border tax issues.

Betty Ann has sat on the board of directors for the Canadian Mental Health Association’s Burlington branch, and is a former Oakville Parent Child Centre member.
