Anthony Dias is a partner in the Risk Assurance Services practice of PwC Ottawa. He provides IT controls assurance, internal audit, and security consultancy related services for the Canadian Federal Government, as well as for clients in the banking, technology, insurance and service industries.

Anthony has significant experience with Sarbanes Oxley and NI 52-109 certification of controls assignments and readiness assessments. He has also led projects to help major public sector clients assess their readiness and prepare for compliance with the Policy on Internal Control (PIC).

As a member of PwC’s Global Performance Assurance team, Anthony has been involved with auditing control procedures under the guidelines of CICA 5970 (now CSAE 3416) and SAS 70 (now SSAE16).

Anthony has a total of fourteen years’ experience with PwC, working for PwC Singapore, PwC India and PwC Canada (Toronto and Ottawa) throughout his career. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a B.Sc in Computer Science and earned his CMA designation in 2013. He also holds CISA and CRISC designations from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
