Angela Ross is an associate partner in the Tax Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office. She is part of the High Net Worth division of the Private Company Services group.
Specializing in public and private company tax services, Angela predominantly focuses on estate planning. She provides advice on will and probate fee planning, estate freeze and capital gains exemption planning techniques, the use of domestic and offshore trusts and their taxation, and charitable giving.
Prior to joining PwC, she practiced as a tax lawyer for more than nine years, both in private practice in a first-tier Canadian law firm and in industry. Angela earned her LLB from the University of Toronto, ON, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1997. She is a member in good standing at the Law Society of Upper Canada and is also a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.
