The distribution of pension benefits to members, who earned pension benefits in provinces other than Quebec, has been distributed. There are a small number of members who have not received their pension benefits from the Plan, including those who worked in the province of Quebec. The Administrator is awaiting regulatory approval to distribute the pension benefits of Quebec plan members. At this time, we cannot estimate when the regulatory approval to distribute pension benefits to Quebec plan members will be granted. We will correspond with Quebec plan members regarding the timing of the distribution of pension benefits from the plan once regulatory approval is received.
