Surplus assets in the Plan were distributed to located members in the surplus sharing population. The surplus sharing population includes members who were entitled to benefits in the Group Annuity Contract #8845 as at August 30, 1999. There are a number of members whose surplus remains unpaid from the Plan due to missing current address information or missing documentation.
