MONTREAL, July 4, 2011 — PwC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Robichaud Conseil, a Quebec-based consulting practice. Robichaud Conseil specializes in and is recognized for its innovative approach in providing strategic management consulting services within the province of Quebec, offering tailored solutions and a global management vision to its client base.
Through this acquisition, PwC will leverage Robichaud Conseil’s expertise in the areas of organizational and cultural transformation, strategic planning, organizational design and IT reorganization. Robichaud Conseil’s client base includes major companies in each of the Information technology and telecommunications, media and communications, financial services, public and semi-public, health sectors.

Alain Robichaud (founder and former president of Robichaud Conseil) will be admitted as a PwC partner working in the Montréal office. He specializes in strategic management consulting and advises clients from various industries on organizational change, human potential evolution and strategic planning. Mr. Robichaud has more than 20 years of experience in the management consulting field.
He taught management at HEC Montréal, Université Laval and Université de Sherbrooke for more than seven years. Mr. Robichaud is pursuing a PhD in Human Sciences from Université de Montréal, and holds a Master’s degree in Management from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
The PwC Consulting team and the professionals from Robichaud Conseil together will provide extensive knowledge and experience for their clients across various industry sectors.
