June 23, 2010 — On Friday, June 25th, as Toronto prepares for the G20, volunteers from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Direct Energy will be at Tommy Thompson Park supporting the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority—a charitable organization that restores natural environments in the GTA. Onsite, 50 to 75 volunteers will spend the day improving the park’s wetlands, planting native aquatic plants and removing non-native invasive species while preparations for the G20 take place just a short distance away.
