The festival delivers a comprehensive examination of the most critical issues facing the television and digital media industries. This year, PwC’s Anita McOuat opened the C21 Broadcaster Briefing: Canada and presented the finding of PwC’s Global entertainment and media outlook: 2013- 2017.
