This Newsletter summarizes the more important aspects of the CSA's IFRS-related securities amendments affecting domestic issuers.
On October 1, Canadian Securities Administrators released IFRS-related amendments to Canadian securities rules and policies. The amendments come into force on January 1, 2011 (subject to ministerial approval in a few provinces). The following is a brief summary of the more important aspects of the amended requirements affecting domestic issuers.
