With National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure now in effect, the harmonized continuous disclosure requirements for all types of Investment Funds need to be implemented.

This disclosure checklist and implementation guide aims to provide a template to assist our clients in complying with these regulatory disclosure requirements. Based on our expertise with Investment Fund financial statements, as well as from our experience to date with clients who have already adopted this new instrument, we have highlighted elements of the requirements for particular consideration throughout the guide. We hope that these observations are a valuable input for our clients during this implementation phase.
