Scott joined Vision Critical after 12 years at Synovate. Most recently, Scott had been the CEO of Synovate North America, where he led the business to industry-leading growth by re-aligning all 1,000 employees on client sales and delivery. Scott also led the rebuilding of Synovate’s advanced analytics business: MMA. His leadership successes can be attributed to alignment of the complete organization around a common vision, clarity and passion in communication and empowering others to contribute at their absolute best.

Prior to his North American CEO role, Scott held positions as Head of Global Client Relationships, Head of Synovate’s Research Reinvented (advanced technology) Initiative and CEO of its Global Motoresearch practice. But, Scott was not always a “big company” leader. For the 12 years before Motoresearch was acquired by Aegis/Synovate, he was a partner at the company where he led international development, including the creation of a substantial presence in Latin America.

Scott is the Vision Critical management representative on the Vision Critical Board of Directors.

Matthew CorrinWhile working in New York City for fashion designer Oscar de la Renta, Freshii Founder & CEO Matthew noted the many fresh food ‘mom and pop’ delis and was determined to successfully brand one. 23-year-old Corrin set out to add magic to the fresh food business. The idea? To create a restaurant brand that helped people all over the world live healthier and longer lives. The mission was clear: to eliminate the excuse that people don't eat well because there's nothing convenient or affordable. In 2005, Matthew, a Winnipeg native, opened the first Freshii location in Toronto.

In 2013, Matthew launched Fresh Startups, a technology accelerator to invest in young tech companies that share the mission of helping people live longer and healthier lives. Freshii has also partnered with Free the Children to build school kitchens and vegetable gardens in developing communities worldwide.

Matthew is a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, Canada’s Top 40 under 40 and Inc. Magazine’s Top 30 under 30. This year, he was awarded Restauranteur of the Year by the Canadian Association of Foodservice Professionals. In 2013, Matthew was featured on the hit TV show, Undercover Boss as the youngest CEO in the show’s history. In 2015, he will take on the role of dragon on CBC’s newest show in the Dragons Den — the Next Gen Den — which focuses on mobile, millennial entrepreneurs. Matthew has been featured in Fortune Magazine, CNN and Bloomberg television. Matthew is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a board member of Invest Toronto, a public board chaired by the Mayor that promotes Toronto development.

Freshii was awarded 2013's Top Franchise of the Year in Canada and is continuing to attract high quality franchise partners, worldwide. Within the system, there is an Olympic Gold Medalist, Ex-NBA Players, Harvard MBA’s, a Food Network star, and recent new immigrants to North America. Freshii is also making a significant digital impact through social media, and an innovative mobile app, which helped to achieve the #8 spot on Restaurant Social Media Index’s Top Mobile Brands.

Matthew lives between Chicago and Toronto with his wife, two daughters, and dog. Between two young children and over two new stores opening every week of the year, Matthew is proud to have mastered the 4-hour night sleep. Today, there are over 100 Freshii locations in over 60 cities and 12 countries worldwide, with 3 new locations opening each week.
