Ray Crossley

Ray Crossley has been appointed PwC’s Managing Partner, Western Canada. Ray has taken on a new leadership role and is a member of the firm’s Canadian Leadership Team. In addition to his management responsibilities, Ray will continue to bring distinctive service to our clients. Ray will work with PwC’s Calgary team while he helps to build relationships and bring value to PwC’s clients throughout western Canada.

Cal Jacober

Cal Jacober has been appointed as PwC’s Calgary Managing Partner and a member of our Extended Canadian Leadership Team. As Managing Partner, Cal will be PwC’s leader in the Calgary market and will continue to serve clients. Cal was most recently the Calgary Audit and Assurance practice leader and a member of the Canadian Audit Leadership group. Cal has been practicing in the Calgary market for the past 25 years, working with many of the firm’s clients in the energy sector.

Angelo Toselli

Angelo Toselli has been appointed PwC’s Calgary Tax Services leader. Angelo specializes in servicing energy and utilities clients and was PwC’s national tax leader in that industry for 11 years. Angelo assists large corporate and resource-based clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and international tax issues. Angelo has authored several articles and has presented international and resource tax matters at the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society, the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants, Insight Information and the Canadian Institute. Angelo is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, the Tax Committee of CAPP (Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers), a former Director of the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society, and a former director of the Tax Executives Institute.

Angelo looks forward to using the broad experience and in-depth technical skills of his tax team to benefit our clients in resolving tax challenges and achieving strategic tax objectives.
