Three new partners join PwC’s Calgary office

PwC’s Corporate Tax practice in Calgary is now even better with the addition of three new partners to our team.

Cliff Taylor has joined us from Ottawa, where he led PwC's Private Company Services group. He brings years of experience working with emerging companies to build and sustain innovation.

Jay Black has been recognized as a leading U.S. merger and acquisitions, and reorganization professional for PwC. He is also adding his expertise to the U.S. Tax practice in Western Canada.

Jason Boland has more than twenty years of experience helping privately held companies. He has worked with organizations of all sizes to reduce their tax burden and grow their business.
