In FY2012, we continued to help our people develop new skills through enhanced working practices, diversity and inclusion initiatives, coaching and supporting work/life flexibility. We also encouraged the development of a strong responsibility mindset by engaging our people in conversations related to both our environmental and marketplace initiatives.
