Ronald Bidulka is a managing director in PwC’s Real Estate Consulting and Deals practices with more than 20 years of experience providing real estate advisory services to a broad range of corporate clients and public entities. Ron helps owners, investors and government agencies evaluate, financially structure, negotiate and realize a wide range of projects. Ron’s experience in this area involves a broad range of traditional and non-traditional projects, including real property development, hospitality and gaming, sports and entertainment, cultural, leisure, and office, residential and commercial/retail facilities.
Ron provides a broad range of market, financial and business planning advisory services to government entities, assisting them in successfully structuring development projects. Ron also assists investors and development sponsors in working with government authorities in achieving their development objectives. Some of Ron’s specific areas of knowledge include: market feasibility and demand analysis; project financing/financial analysis; operating cost and improvement analysis; economic development/impact analysis; development strategies; and public-private partnerships and proposal call development and administration.
Throughout his career, Ron has advised clients on more than $15.0 billion in real property development projects, including more than $3.0 billion in new sports infrastructure projects.
Ron holds an honours degree in urban economic geography from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario and received a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. Throughout his professional career Ron has supplemented his education by taking courses in advanced finance.
