Sarah Adler is a Senior Lawyer in the Immigration Practice at PwC Law LLP working out of the Toronto office.
Sarah maintains expertise in Canadian immigration law, with a primary focus on corporate immigration with respect to facilitating international mobility for employees, as well as addressing their permanent residence needs. Her corporate immigration expertise covers immigration-related matters in connection to recruitment, hiring strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
Sarah also provides strategic advice regarding a full range of Canadian citizenship and immigration law matters including applications for citizenship, permanent residence, work permits, study permits, visitor visas, and admissibility matters.
Sarah has spoken on the Express Entry program for Canadian permanent residence and on Canadian immigration processes and procedures.
Sarah sits on the Executive Board for the Ontario Bar Association’s immigration Section and Chairs the CBSA subcommittee which deals with border and detention issues.
