Mark is a partner with PwC Law LLP and one of Canada’s leading US immigration attorneys having focused exclusively on US immigration law for well over a decade.
Throughout his career, Mark has served as US immigration counsel to Fortune 500 companies, as well to small businesses and individuals in all aspects of business and family immigration. Mark assists corporate and individual clients to secure admission into the US as well as to obtain permanent or temporary status including US permanent residence/green cards, non-immigrant work visas and citizenship matters. He advises multinational companies and their employees on US immigration and nationality law as well as corporate compliance matters.
Clients have included leading software, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, mining, energy, health care, professional services, fiber-optic and airline firms as well as many medium and small enterprises, including start-up businesses, entertainers and athletes.
A graduate of the University of Toronto (BA Hons) and Michigan State University (JD), Mark is admitted to the state bars of Michigan and Illinois, is further admitted to practice before the United States District Court for Eastern Michigan and the United States District Court for Northern Illinois, is licensed as a foreign legal consultant by the Law Society of Upper Canada and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Prior to joining PwC Law LLP, Mark practiced US immigration law in Detroit, Chicago, and for the past 10 years, in Toronto.
