Lorraine M. Gordon is an Attorney in the Immigration Practice at PwC Law LLP working out of the Toronto office.
At PwC Law LLP, Lorraine manages a legal team focusing in employment-based visa applications and applications for permanent residence. Lorraine is expert in an array of visa options, including the H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-1, E-2, E-3, O-1A/B, and EB-1/2/3 classifications.
Lorraine began her career at technology giant, Cognizant Technology Solutions, where she counseled in-house for three years. At Cognizant, Lorraine focused on high volume employment-based matters for individual temporary workers and workers seeking permanent residence. Lorraine then gained three years of experience at New York City’s preeminent immigration practice, Wildes & Weinberg, P.C., where she worked directly with founding partners, Leon Wildes and Steven Weinberg. At Wildes & Weinberg, Lorraine expanded her practice in the area of employment based visa classifications, designing immigration strategies for high profile individuals and international companies. She has also worked with a number of non-profit organizations, including the New York Legal Assistance Group, and the Immigration Law Project of the Community Legal Aid Society of Wilmington, Delaware.
Lorraine received her BPh from Miami University, and her JD from Widener University School of Law. She has been awarded bar admissions in the states of New York and New Jersey, is licensed as a Foreign Legal Consultant by the Law Society of Upper Canada, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
