Jeremy Ancelson is a U.S. Immigration Attorney and Senior Associate at PwC Law LLP in the Toronto office.
Prior to joining PwC Law LLP, Jeremy was an Associate Attorney at a general practice law firm in New York. There, he gained valuable experience in a variety of legal areas ranging from intellectual property disputes to insurance claims, estate distributions and real-estate matters. As a Law Clerk at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen and Loewy, Jeremy assembled EB-1 visa petitions for outstanding professors and researchers and worked on PERM labor certifications. In addition, he has experience with pro-bono family petitions and asylum cases adjudicated in the USCIS Asylum Office.
Jeremy’s primary focus at PwC Law involves immigrant visa processes including PERM, I-140 and I-485 applications.
Jeremy received his Juris Doctorate from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and his B.A. from the City University of New York, Queens College. He is admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bars and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
