Chelsea Hsieh is a US Attorney in the Immigration Practice at PwC Law LLP working in the Toronto office.
Chelsea is an experienced US immigration attorney specializing in corporate immigration matters. Her experience with advising companies and their employees on a wide array of complex business immigration matters includes non-immigrant work visas, employment-based immigrant applications, and employer I-9 compliance matters.
Chelsea worked as US immigration counsel to Fortune 500 companies across various industries such as technology, finance, and consulting. Additionally, Chelsea has assisted individual clients as well as small businesses and startups with temporary work visa solutions and US permanent residency matters.
Prior to joining PwC Law LLP, Chelsea practiced US immigration law in Washington, DC. A graduate of Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law (JD), Chelsea is admitted to the North Carolina State Bar, is licensed as a foreign legal consultant by the Law Society of Upper Canada, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
