Cathryn is a Senior Canadian Immigration Lawyer and the Global Business Immigration Team Lead. She has particular expertise in the area of compliance, strategic immigration solutions, and immigration processing.

She is responsible for the development of international business traveler programs and assignment policies, including immigration compliance risk assessments.  Cathryn provides strategic solutions to client mobility requests and works closely with PwC’s network to provide a comprehensive and holistic solution.

Her extensive experience in the area of immigration law and compliance, allows Cathryn to provide excellent customer service and tailored solutions to meet client needs. She has expertise in the area of risk analysis, large scale international business immigration and quality service delivery.

Cathryn is a lawyer in good standing with the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), Ontario Bar Association and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.  She completed her law degree at Osgoode Hall and earned a Certificate in Canadian Immigration with high honours.  

She has lectured before the Law Society of Upper Canada, Federated Press, Professional Development Seminars, the CBA and more.  She has appeared on CBC Radio and television, Rogers TV, CFRB 1010, CKNW radio as a guest speaker.  Cathryn has also been interviewed for various newspapers and online articles and has taught immigration law at various colleges and law schools across Canada.
