Beau is a partner in PWC Law’s Toronto office. He is a trusted advisor and seasoned corporate-commercial lawyer, with the ability to identify and manage commercial and legal risk and resolve conflicts and commercial challenges in a practical, efficient, collaborative and solution-based manner.
Beau’s areas of expertise include corporate law, corporate governance, risk management, and structuring and negotiating complex contractual arrangements.
Beau is called to the bar in Ontario and Alberta and he is licensed as a Special Legal Consultant in the District of Columbia.
