Andréa de Rocquigny is a Senior Lawyer in the Immigration Practice at PwC Law LLP working out of the Calgary office.
Andréa specializes in Canadian (Federal and Quebec) work permit matters, including intra-company transfer applications, Labour Market Impact Assessment applications and Quebec Acceptance Certificates. She also has significant experience with permanent residence applications and inadmissibility issues and provides advisory services relating to policy development and corporate compliance. Andréa has extensive experience assisting small, medium and large multinational corporations with transferring employees and new recruits into Canada. She has represented companies in a wide range of industries including financial services, energy, telecommunications, mining and construction, software, retail and food.
Andréa is a member of the Barreau du Québec, the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association and the Québec Immigration Lawyers Association (AQAADI). She is a graduate of the National Program, obtaining her Bachelor of Laws (Common Law) from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and her Bachelor of Laws (Civil Law) from the Université de Montréal. She is also fluent in English and French.
