Jeffrey Johnson is a Deals partner in the Winnipeg office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is the Deals leader for Manitoba and Saskatchewan. He is also a member of the Private Company Services team.

In leading the Deals practice, Jeff is involved in the delivery of a wide range of services. He devotes a significant portion of his time to advising financial institutions, government, debtors and creditors in matters of insolvency and business recovery.

Over many years as the partner in charge of various corporate restructurings, bankruptcies, receiverships, proposals, viability assessments, monitoring and consulting engagements, he has obtained a unique perspective on business and the factors critical to its success.

Jeff received his BCom degree in 1980 from the University of Manitoba. He is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee and maintains a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) designation. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Manitoba.

Jeff has been active in his professional associations over the years. He has prepared a number of papers on insolvency-related topics and has been a regular guest speaker for the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals’ Continuing Education program.
