Catherine is a Managing Director in PwC’s Canadian Infrastructure & Project Finance team and is based in the Vancouver office.
Catherine has over 20 years of experience in business case development and procurement for large infrastructure projects. She has worked with many government departments on numerous successfully completed projects in a variety of sectors including energy, health, education and transportation. Catherine specializes in assisting government agencies with the development of business cases and with the procurement of major infrastructure projects. In this role she has worked with many clients to develop the key elements of a successful procurement process.
Catherine’s professional work has included assisting public sector clients in developing business cases for large infrastructure investments. She has lead the financial and commercial evaluations of bidders on large complex public-private partnership infrastructure projects and advised public sector clients on drafting of procurement documentation and deal structuring. Catherine has also assisted clients in the negotiation process up to financial close.
Catherine joined PwC in April 2010 and has advised on numerous completed major infrastructure projects in the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. She is a graduate of the University of Wales with a bachelor's degree in economics (1984). She is a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (1993) and also has the CGMA title.
