Brooke Valentine is a Partner with PwC Corporate Finance Inc. working in the Toronto office. He joined PwCCF in 1997 and specializes in the food and food packaging sector.  Brooke also focuses on financial services, particularly insurance and asset management.  
Brooke has a strong track record of leading complex transactions from idea origination, planning and valuation, marketing, negotiation to final bid and closing documentation.

Brooke obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2002, obtained a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 2000 and received a Bachelor of Arts in Administration Co-op (with High Distinction) degree from the University of Toronto in 1997. He is also a contributing author of PwC's Consumer Markets Deals Report, a quarterly publication focused on M&A and business trends across the consumer products sector.
