This edition of Commodity Clips sports a new look, and describes commodity tax developments in the last two months with respect to:

• Goods and Services Tax/Harmonized Sales Tax (GST/HST)
• Quebec Sales Tax (QST);
• Provincial Sales Tax (PST);
• Customs; and
• European Union (EU) VAT.

Thanks to the July 1, 2010, harmonization implementation date, all items related to HST in Ontario and British Columbia are at the beginning of this publication.
