PwC is the place to work for Millennials. How do we know? We’ve done the math. By 2016, the generation born between 1980 and 1995 will make up 80 percent of the workforce at PwC firms.

We completed the the largest, most comprehensive global generational study ever looking at the attitudes of “Millennial” employees. This sweeping study, represents the most comprehensive body of research into the aspirations, work styles and values of professional service employees in the Millennial generation.
