The PwC Professional focusses on five dimensions: whole leadership, business acumen, technical capabilities, global acumen and relationships. We use this framework to hire, develop and grow all our people, at all levels and in all areas of the firm.
As you get ready to meet us, either at a networking event, interview or PwC Professional Talent Centre, use this framework to help you prepare:

We know that you’ll have different levels of experience depending on your academic studies, extra-curricular activities, volunteer work, hobbies, or any part-time or full-time work experience you may have.
