Status at June 30, 2011

• PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was Discharged as Receiver of Victoria Park Limited Partnership pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta granted on June 29, 2011. A copy may be obtained under the "Court Orders" tab."
   
• [March 22, 2010] On March 16, 2010 the Court approved the Disbursement of Sale Proceeds. See Court Order below.
   
• [January 22, 2010]
  On January 19, 2010 the Court approved the Sale of the Properties. See Court Order below.
   
• [January 12, 2010]
  On January 12, 2010 the Receiver filed the Fifth Report of the Court and filed a Notice of Motion for various advice and direction.

  Court Order granted November 23, 2009 regarding the return of deposits arising from termination of the purchase contracts between Victoria Park and the purchasers. See a copy of the entire Order and Reasons for Judgement below.
   
• On July 2, 2009 PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed Receiver of Victoria Park Limited Partnership and Victoria Park Holdings Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Victoria Park") by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta.
   
• On May 28^th, 2009 the Court approved an extension of the Stay Period to July 2, 2009.
   
• On May 15^th, 2009 the Court approved an extension of the Stay Period to May 27, 2009.
