On April 5, 2012, a bankruptcy order was made against Sportcraft Canada Ltd. ("Sportcraft" or the "Company") and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy of the Company (the "Trustee").

Notice of the bankruptcy and the first meeting of creditors and materials relating to the bankruptcy proceedings was mailed by the Trustee to all known creditors of the Company, pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on April 12, 2012.

The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on April 25, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., PwC Tower, 18 York Street, Suite 2600, Room #26024, Toronto, Ontario.
