Status of file as of March 12, 2013
The Receiver has made an application to the Courts to be heard March 22, 2013 to apply for Discharge and to distribute funds to the Secured creditor and request direction and advice on proceeding with the distribution of the net proceeds from the Show Home sale. A copy of this application maybe accessed under "Court Orders" and a copy of the Fifth Report of Receiver may be accessed on this website under "Receiver's Reports".
Status of file as of December 20, 2012
The Receiver has received Court Approval to finalize the sale of the Show Home pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta dated December 20, 2012. A copy of this Order can be accessed from this website under "Court Orders".

All the lots have been sold en bloc and the Receiver will be working towards the close of the Receivership.

The Receiver is selling the lots of Seclusion Valley Developments Ltd. in Turner Valley. An Information Memorandum detailing the offering can be located under the "Sale of Lots" tab. Please call Kimiko McCarthy at 403-509-7366 for further information. Deadline for offers is May 27, 2011.
