All the lots have been sold en bloc and the Receiver will be working towards the close of the Receivership.

Status of file as of November 23, 2010

On November 23, 2010 a Consent Receivership Order was granted appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as Receiver and Manager of 1323606 Alberta Ltd. and Seclusion Valley Developments Ltd.  A copy of the Consent Receivership Order can be accessed under “Court Orders”.
