Status of file as of October 16, 2014

PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., in its capacity as court-appointed receiver (the « Receiver ») of Société en commandite Papineau Sherbrooke (operating under the name Maison Urbaine Papineau), from a Court Order dated November 16, 2012 by the Superior Court of Quebec (District of Montreal), is soliciting irrevocable offers from interested parties/prospective purchasers for a seniors’ residence (the “Residence”).

The Residence is located at 2150, Papineau Avenue, Montreal (Quebec) and includes 131 units.

The Receiver will provide a description of the Residence, its services and tenants, financial information and specific information regarding the sale process, including terms and conditions of the sale to interested parties/prospective purchasers, who have first signed a non-disclosure agreement. Tours of the Residence will be available to interested parties/prospective purchasers by appointment only and all other information related to the Residence will be posted on a secured website.

Offers must be transmitted in writing to the Receiver, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., at 1250 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, Suite 2800, Montréal, Quebec H3B 2G4, before November 20, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. Montreal time (EST). Offers must include a bank draft or a certified cheque in the name of the Receiver and representing at least 5% of the offer.

Status of file as of October 30, 2012

On October 30, 2012, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. became the Receiver in respect of the property of Société en commandite Papineau-Sherbrooke pursuant to a Court Order rendered by the Superior Court of Quebec.
