Status of the file as of February 1, 2013

On January 28, 2013 the Court ordered that the activities, accounts, fees and disbursements of the Monitor, Receiver and their counsel, as detailed in the Receiver's Seventh Report and Affidavit #1 of Richard D. Pallen, be approved and the Monitor and Receiver be discharged from their duties.

Status of the file as of December 21, 2012

The Receiver-Manager will be making an application to the Court on Monday, January 28, 2013 at 9:45 a.m. for an Order:

  • approving the activities of the Receiver;
  • approving the accounts, fees, and disbursements of the Monitor, the Receiver and their counsel;
  • approving the payment of all remaining funds to Mr. Norman Ross; and
  • discharging the Monitor and the Receiver

In support of the January 28, 2013 application the Receiver's Seventh Report to Court, and Notice of Application are available under the "Receiver's Reports" and "Motion Materials" tabs, respectively.
