Status of file as of May 16, 2013

On May 31, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., an application will be made to the Court, at St-Jérôme, to approve the proposal of Plastibec Inc., accepted by the creditors at a meeting held on the 16th day of May 2013.

Status of file as of April 25, 2013

Take notice that Plastibec Inc. has lodged with PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. a proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

A general meeting of creditors will be held on May 16, 2013, at 2:00 P.M. at the office of the Official Receiver, at 1155 Metcalfe Street, suite 950, Montreal (Quebec).

Plastibec Inc. has obtained from Court, on March 14, 2013, a third extension of time, i.e. until May 2, 2013, for filing a proposal.

Plastibec Inc. has obtained from Court, on January 30, 2013, a second extension of time, i.e. until March 18, 2013, for filing a proposal.

Status of file as of December 19, 2012

Plastibec Inc. has obtained from Court, on December 19, 2012, a first extension of time, i.e. until February 1, 2013, for filing a proposal.

Status of file as of November 19, 2012

On November 19, 2012, Plastibec Inc. has filed with the official receiver a Notice of intention to make a proposal.
