Status as at November 8, 2010

The Interim Receiver has obtained a discharge effective November 15, 2010. A copy of the Discharge Order can be viewed in the "Court Orders" section of this site.

Status as at May 17, 2010

On May 3, 2010 PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed Interim Receiver pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, Calgary Division.
