On July 20, 2009 PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed as Receiver of Nascor Ltd., Arcticor Structures Limited Partnership, Arcticor Structures Inc, and Corab Services Ltd. by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta.
Consecutively, on July 20, 2009 a Bankruptcy Assignment was deemed to have been made due to non-filing of the Division I Proposal.
