Status as at July 6, 2010

On October 30, 2009, My Virtual Model Inc. is deemed to have filed an assignment and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed Trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the court.

The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on November 23, 2009, at 11:00 A.M. at the office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, at 5 Place Ville-Marie, 8th Floor, Montreal (Quebec).

On November 12, 2009, My Virtual Model II Inc. is deemed to have filed an assignment and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed Trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the court.

The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on December 2, 2009, at 10:00 A.M. at the office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, at 5 Place Ville-Marie, 8th Floor, Montreal (Quebec).
