On August 4, 2011, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. has mailed to all known creditors the « Notice and Statement of the Receiver » as prescribed in Subsections 245(1) and 246(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

Status of file as of July 29, 2011

On July 29, 2011, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. has been appointed Receiver of all the assets of Microbridge Technologies Canada Inc. as per an order rendered by Me Pierre Pellerin, Registrar at the Commercial Division of the Superior Court of Quebec.
