On June 4, 2010, Jean-Marc Brissette Inc. and Location Bristar Idealease Inc. are deemed to have filed an assignment and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed Trustee of the estates of the debtors by the Official Receiver.

The first meeting of creditors of the debtors will be held on June 23, 2010, at 2:00 P.M. for Jean-Marc Brissette Inc. and at 3:00 P.M. for Location Bristar Idealease Inc. at the office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, at 5 Place Ville-Marie, 8th Floor, Montreal (Quebec).
