Having failed to file a proposal, Les constructions Infrabec Inc. and Location Infrabec Inc. are deemed to have filed an assignment on the tenth day of May 2011, and the undersigned, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (Christian Bourque, CA, CIRP), was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupts by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.

Status of the file as of April 7, 2011

TAKE NOTICE that Les Constructions Infrabec Inc. and Location Infrabec Inc., of the City of Boisbriand, Province of Quebec, has obtained from Court, on April 7, 2011, a first extension of thirty-two (32) days, i.e. until May 9, 2011, for filing a proposal.

Status of File as at March 16, 2011

TAKE NOTICE THAT Les constructions Infrabec Inc. and  Location Infrabec Inc., of the City of Boisbriand, District of Terrebonne, Province of Quebec, has filed with the Official Receiver a Notice of Intention to make a proposal pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on the 9^th day of March 2011.

Also, on March 8, 2011, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. has been appointed as Interim Receiver to the assets of Les constructions Infrabec Inc. and Location Infrabec Inc.
