Status as of December 14, 2012

A bankruptcy order was made against Imprimerie et Papeterie Gibraltar Inc. on December 14, 2012 and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed as Trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the Court. The first meeting of creditors will be held on January 9, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at the office of the Trustee, 1250 René-Lévesque Blvd. West, Suite 2800, Montréal (Quebec).

On May 11, 2012, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. has been appointed Receiver of some assets of Imprimerie and Papeterie Gibraltar Inc. as per an order rendered by Me Richard Barbe of the Superior Court of Quebec.
