Status as of August 1, 2011

All equipment has been sold. The real estate has been sold as well, and an application has been made to the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench to approve the sale of the water License. There are no remaining assets for sale.

Status as of December 1, 2010

The equipment and remaining inventory sale of December 11, 2010 has been postponed.

Status as at October 12, 2010

THE TENDER OFFER DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 3:00 PM CALGARY TIME ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2010.

Status as at September 7, 2010

In its capacity as Receiver and Manager of Hirsche Herefords and Grant and Annette Hirsche, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. is authorized to sell the cattle and farm equipment inventory of Hirsche Herefords and Grant and Annette Hirsche. The sales will be held as follows:

September 21 and 22, 2010 - Hereford Cattle (see catalogue)
November 17, 2010 - Bull Sale (see catalogue 1 and catalogue 2)
November 20, 2010 - Angus Cattle (see catalogue)
December 11, 2010 - Equipment and Remaining Inventory: TO BE DETERMINED

Status as at August 12, 2010

In its capacity as Receiver and Manager of Hirsche Herefords and Grant and Annette Hirsche, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. is authorized to sell various properties as more clearly set out in the Information Memorandum and Appendices located under "Land Sale".

Status as at June 8, 2010

The Receiver has filed their First Report with the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta . A copy can be located under "Reports of the Receiver".

The Receiver also filed a Notice of Motion returnable June 10, 2010 which can be located under "Court Orders".

Status as at May 12, 2010

On April 1, 2010 a Receivership Order was issued by the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, Calgary Division.
