On February 16, 2011, F-K-P Tool Manufacturing Limited ("F-K-P") filed an assignment in bankruptcy for the general benefit of its creditors (the "Assignment") and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy (the "Trustee"), subject to affirmation by the creditors at the meeting of creditors.

The first meeting of creditors will be held on March 8, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., at the Holiday Inn Hotel Oakville (Lord Nelson Room), 590 Argus Road, Oakville, Ontario.

In accordance with the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the Trustee's Notice of Bankruptcy and First Meeting of Creditors will be mailed to all known creditors within the next week.
