Distribusoft Inc. filed an assignment on the 17th day of October 2012, and the undersigned, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (Christian Bourque, CPA, CA, CIRP, trustee in charge), was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver.
