On July 22, 2010, Cover-All Building Systems Inc. (the “Company” or the “Bankrupt”) filed an Assignment and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt (the “Trustee”) by the Official Receiver, subject to the affirmation by the creditors of the Trustee’s appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.
The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt was held on August 12, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., Suite 3100, 111 – 5 Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta.
The Trustee prepared the Trustee’s Report to the First Meeting of Creditors on Preliminary Administration and presented it at the meeting. A copy is posted below.
Status of File as at October 19, 2011
On October 12, 2011, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta in Bankruptcy and Insolvency approved an Order discharging the Trustee.
