Status of File as of February 3, 2012

Take notice that:

Château Dollard Inc. is deemed to have filed an assignment on the 28^th day of January 2012, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (Eric St-Amour, CA, CIRP, trustee in charge), was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.

The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on February 15, 2012, at 10:00 A.M. at the office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy located at 5 Place Ville-Marie, 8^th Floor, Room 3, Montreal, Quebec.

Status of File as of December 20, 2011

TAKE NOTICE that Château Dollard Inc., of the City of Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Province of Quebec, has obtained from Court, on December 15, 2011, a first extension of forty-three days, i.e. until January 27, 2012, for filing a proposal.

Status of file as of November 21, 2011

On the 3rd day of November 2011, the Court appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as receiver to the property of Château Dollard Inc.

In addition, Château Dollard has filed with the Official Receiver a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on the 17th day of November 2011.

Take notice that pursuant to Section 69 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, all proceedings against the corporation are stayed as of the date of filing the Notice of Intention with the Official Receiver.
