On March 30, 2011, in accordance with an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List), PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (“PwC”), in its capacity as Information Officer of 4461029 Ontario Inc. (f/k/a Bowe Bell + Howell International Ltd.) (“4461029”), filed an assignment in bankruptcy on behalf of 4461029 pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended (the “BIA”), for the general benefit of creditors and PwC was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy (the "Trustee"), subject to affirmation by the creditors at the meeting of creditors.

In accordance with the provisions of the BIA, the Trustee's Notice of Bankruptcy and First Meeting of Creditors was mailed to all known creditors on April 3, 2012.

The first meeting of creditors will be held on April 20, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., PwC Tower, 18 York Street, Suite 2600, Room 26024, Toronto, Ontario M5J 0B2.
