Status of file as at December 8, 2011
The Court Order dated December 7, 2011 affirms that Altus' Plan has been fully implemented (except for the resolution of three Disputed Claims) and that the CCAA Proceeding, in accordance with the terms of the Final Sanction Order, was terminated as of November 30, 2011.
Status of file as at December 1, 2011
On November 30, 2011 the Stay Period expired and the Monitor was automatically discharged. An Application regarding Plan Compliance has been filed by Altus which is scheduled to be heard on December 7, 2011.
Status of file as at September 29, 2011
On September 29, 2011 the Court Sanctioned the Plan, which is now binding on all Affected Creditors. As well, an extension of the original Court Order stay was granted to November 30, 2011.
Status of file as at September 7, 2011
On September 6, 2011 the Court authorized Altus to convene the Unsecured Creditors' Meeting to be held on September 28, 2011 at 10:00am. Creditors are encouraged to review the documents posted in the "Creditors' Meeting" section.
Status of file as at March 31, 2011
On March 31, 2011 an extension of the original Court Order stay was granted to June 30, 2011.
Status of file as of January 20, 2011
On January 18, 2011 the Monitor obtained court approval for a Claims Process with a Claims Bar Deadline of February 28, 2011. A copy of the Proof of Claim and Instruction Letter can be located below under "Claims Process".
Status of file as of December 21, 2010
On December 21, 2010 PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed Monitor under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA”) pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queens Bench of Alberta, Calgary Division.
